Welcome to the ACH 2019 Dormitory Reservation Page!

Dorms are first available for check-in on Sunday, July 21 and the last check-out day is Saturday, July 27.

Dorm Description

Located 2.3 miles from the ACH 2019 hotel, the Bouquet Gardens dormitory suites each include four single bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are furnished and include a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, plus a living room and dining area. The room packages include a linen package containing a fitted sheet, top sheet, thin blanket, pillow, pillow case, towel and washcloth. Attendees who stay in the dorms will also receive a weekly Pittsburgh Port Authority bus pass.

Payment for the dormitories is due upon reservation and may be made using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Please feel free to contact the University of Pittsburgh's Conference Services at conferenceservices@pitt.edu with any questions about the dormitories or the reservation process.

Check-In Information

Check-in is located at Panther Central, which can be found in the lobby of the Litchfield Towers at 3990 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Our friendly staff is available to assist you seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is noon.

At check-in, you will receive your key card for access to your assigned building and room as well as your weekly bus pass. Card-operated laundry machines are available, and you may load funds on your building room access card (Panther Utility Card) at Panther Central.
